I am absolutely delighted to serve as the Assistant Administrator of Head Start this year! Supporting our youngest learners is truly where my heart lies—there’s something magical about their energy, curiosity, and the way their little lights shine so brightly. It’s a joy and an honor to be part of their journey!

Before becoming a proud member of Panda Nation, I served as Assistant Principal at Luling Elementary School and as a classroom teacher at R.K. Smith Middle School. This year marks my 22nd year in education and my 18th year serving the wonderful families of St. Charles Parish Public Schools.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans and my Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Louisiana University. These degrees opened the door to what I feel is my life’s calling: helping children build a strong, joyful foundation for learning and life.

I wholeheartedly believe that every child deserves a place where they are seen, heard, loved, and empowered to grow. Head Start is that place. I’m passionate about partnering with our amazing teachers, supportive families, and dedicated community members to create an environment where every child can flourish—and where every student and parent feels welcomed and supported.
