Spring Stakeholder Survey for Families

Two-way communication and feedback are important to our schools and the district as we identify opportunities to improve. Parents/guardians are being asked to participate in a survey between April 21-May 2, 2025, as one method of gaining feedback from stakeholders. The survey results will enable our school leaders to identify areas of improvement focused on student achievement and school and district effectiveness.

Since each school will be using its individual results for school improvement planning, please complete the survey once for each school where your child(ren) attend. For example, if you have students in two different schools, you would complete the survey two times (once for each school).

The online parent/guardian survey can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/25SCPPS_ParentSurvey.
